By registering for the FDI World Dental Congress, participants tacitly accept that they may be photographed or filmed during the event. Participants have no rights to the images. The FDI World Dental Federation may use, and authorize other entities to use, these images to report on the Congress or to promote future Congresses.
Based on your registration (in the following step), your personal data filled out in the registration form are going to be processed by GUARANT International spol. s r.o., registration no. 45245401, having its registered seat at Českomoravská 2510/19, Libeň, 190 00 Praha 9 contact info@guarant.cz as the controller, on behalf of the FDI World Dental Federation (FDI), which is the data controller and owner of the data. The data may also be shared with the event co-organizer – the Czech Dental Chamber (Česká stomatologická komora, ČSK) – for the purposes of arrangement of your participation in the event. This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the controller and for other legal purposes incl. conference public transportation (MHD).
